Anna qualified as a registered nurse in 1991 and spent the first few years working in cardiology and renal
For the past 21 years she has been working in the nurse led infusion service at Cambridge University Hospital, which incorporated OPAT into the service from September 2010
Since the OPAT service started at CUH Anna has been the lead nurse for the service overseeing it’s growth and development which has more recently seen the progression with the Copat side of OPAT
Since July 2024 Anna has taken up a secondment to the Virtual Ward at CUH which is a growing service and has recently successfully implemented a pathway for the use of elastomeric pumps for haematology-oncology patients
Outside of work Anna is a keen runner and cyclist
