Dr Chris Oyewole Durojaiye

Dr. Chris Oyewole Durojaiye is a Consultant Physician in Infectious Diseases and Tropical Medicine at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University of Sheffield. He is also the Clinical Lead for the Derby outpatient parenteral antimicrobial therapy (OPAT) service. His special interests include OPAT, viral hepatitis, tropical infection, as well as bone and joint infections. He has authored and peer-reviewed numerous papers on OPAT.

He earned his medical degree from University of Ilorin in Nigeria and completed his specialty training in infectious diseases and medical microbiology in Cardiff. He is also a fellow of the Royal college of Pathologists and the Royal college of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow
