Dr Daisy Woolham

Dr Daisy Woolham is an infectious diseases and microbiology registrar in training in the Kent, Surrey and Sussex Deanery. She is currently undertaking pre-doctoral research with the support of the University Hospitals Sussex charity on the infection related care of patients who inject drugs. She holds honorary positions with UK Health Security Agency and Brighton and Sussex Medical School, and is a committee member of the British Infection Association early career researcher group. Her research interests focus on the care of patients who inject drugs with injecting related infections, the interplay between health inequity, public health and infections, and the scale and impact of missingness in infectious diseases.
