Naomi Fleming is an antimicrobial pharmacist working at Kettering General Hospital (KGH). She qualified in 1995 and then undertook a PhD in physiology; she returned to community pharmacy until 2007 when she became an antimicrobial pharmacist at Milton Keynes (MK) PCT. She continued to work in MK with the infection prevention team at MK community health services as an antimicrobial pharmacist across diverse settings, including, GP practices, mental health units, rehabilitation units, care homes and offender care. Having undertaken the infection management for pharmacists’ diploma at Imperial, she moved into the acute care setting at KGH in 2014.
