
Dr Ravi Mistry is a paediatric registrar specialising in immunology and infectious disease. After qualifying, he completed his initial training in Newcastle and London where he worked in their general paediatric and immunology/infectious disease teams settings as well as multiple neonatal placements across north-west London. He is now completing his specialist training in Cardiff. While working as a paediatric registrar in London, Ravi led multi-disciplinary work, working alongside Hillingdon Hospital's PATCH team and neonatal unit, to establish an ambulatory antibiotic service for newborns being treated for early-onset infection; this is one of the first units develop such a service.
