I am a hospital and community Infectious Disease Specialist Physician and Medical Microbiologist, based in Nelson and Marlborough in New Zealand. I also often cover Infectious Diseases services other areas of NZ or Australia. I have supported several Pacific Islands with antibiotic stewardship and guidelines, infection prevention and control, and microbiology laboratory protocols. I work with ACC as an advisor on complex infection and vaccine-related claims. My recent clinical and research interests include antibiotic pharmacokinetics, antibiotic guidelines, chronic fatigue and long-COVID, FMT, wound-care, and community-based infection-prevention strategies.
