Mr Tim Hills

Tim Hills is Lead Pharmacist, Antimicrobials and Infection Control at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH).

He joined NUH in 1999 and has held a number of posts before becoming the antimicrobial pharmacist in 2003.

Tim is an active member of the UK Clinical Pharmacist’s Association Pharmacy Infection Network and was lead author of “The introduction and impact of an HTML based antibiotic guidelines website” the winning submission for the inaugural UKCPA Antimicrobial Management Award in 2006.

His interests include OPAT where he is part of the Nottingham OPAT team and BSAC OPAT Drug Stability Working group, Pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics of antimicrobials and the prevention and treatment of Clostridium difficile associated diarrhoea.
