Thilo Pillay

Thilo Pillay completed her undergraduate pharmacy training in South Africa. She completed a Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy at the London School of Pharmacy in 2003 and gained her independent prescribing qualification in 2015 at the University of Hertfordshire.
In 2013, she was part of the clinical team at The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust that set up the first hospital at home service in Harlow.
Thilo is currently the lead pharmacist for the Virtual Hospital in West Essex. Her specialist interests include frailty, geriatric medicine and Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy (OPAT).
